13-Week Core Curriculum
This signature 3-prong mindset system will teach you how to get clear on your goals, accept where you are without judgment, and integrate a new identity with habit stacking action inside your business. Power Paradigm Shifts: 1-on-1 Coaching Calls
You’ll receive four extremely intentional and purposeful 1-on-1 sessions directly with Brandon over zoom. Each call is recorded for you to keep and refer back to. Here’s an outline of each call…
Acceptance 1-on-1.
- In this very first call with Brandon, he takes the 6-12 month practical goal you have for yourself and/or your business and identifies the limiting ideas and beliefs that are creating resistance.
- Oftentimes there’s a core wound – root belief – that needs to be shifted and rearranged. It’s Brandon’s job to help you identify this root cause and other blind spots that are preventing you from going to your next level.
Forgiveness & Decision 1-on-1.
- During this call, Brandon will discuss the process of forgiving (releasing and detaching) from past mistakes, failures, heart breaks, and the beliefs and paradigms that were created as a result of those experiences.
- He will then discuss who you have to decided to become – paradigms you want to integrate, practical habits to integrate, and what you want to KNOW to be true about God’s love and support for you and your business.
Integration & Co-Creation 1-on-1.
- This call is filled with massive encouragement. When you begin to let go of the old and integrate new habits and thought patterns, it’s completely normal to… Feel weird, unstable, unsure, and wobbly. You’re literally creating new neural pathways inside of your brain. It’s like writing with your right hand your entire life and then switching to your left. The work is REAL.
- This is also when you’re overcoming fears and trusting that God/the Universe has your back as you continually step out into uncharted territory. Encouragement is the act of giving someone courage. Courage helps us to overcome our fears.
- Brandon will also review your personal affirmations and faith statements.
Stacking 1-on-1.
- In this final call of BTS, you’ll look back at your tremendous progress. They might not always be huge milestones – but those always come with new, consistent habits.
- Brandon will discuss how the core principles of the program can be stacked and layered in your future – and how they apply to all the remaining practical pieces of your business such as marketing, sales, leading your team, and finances.
- You’ll reassess the foundation you’ve built and how to not only maintain it, but how to continue to apply it to your current and future business goals.
The Razor's Edge: Weekly Group Coaching Calls
As a “Slayer” you’ll be invited to a weekly group coaching call, “The Razor’s Edge” where Brandon consistently shares the most cutting edge mindset techniques, principals, and shifts necessary to thrive inside of your business. This includes the opportunity to ask Brandon questions live on a weekly basis.
The SLAYER Community
You’ll also have the opportunity to join the Born to Slay Facebook™ Group. This is a private community for SLAYERS where you’ll share your commitments on Mondays, celebrate your wins on Wednesdays, and be recognized for doing the work and showing up.
